01 WHAT IS SASHET™?
SASHET™ is a daily hydration formulation developed by the SASHET™ Hydration Corporation.
The initial product range is an 8g sachet with a blend of electrolytes, fibre and vitamins.
Available in soda inspired flavours, because hydration should taste like something you'd actually choose to drink.
02 WHO IS SASHET™ FOR?
SASHET™ is for anyone who moves, works, sweats or simply wants to feel better. The aspiring athlete. The Tuesday morning runner. The sauna user. The person who had one too many coffees and not enough water.
If you have a body that needs hydrating SASHET™ was made for you.
03 HOW DO I USE IT?
Fill your vessel with 600ml of cold water. Tear open your sachet along the designated perforation. Pour. Stir. Consume.
04 HOW OFTEN CAN I USE SASHET™?
The SASHET™ R&D division recommends one sachet per day as part of a daily hydration ritual. Consult your healthcare professional if you have specific medical considerations.
05 WHERE IS SASHET™ MADE?
SASHET™ is proudly formulated and manufactured in Australia.
Our head office is located in Western Australia.
06 WHAT FLAVOURS ARE AVAILABLE?
Cherry Cola and Raspberry Crush. Additional formulations are currently undergoing internal testing. Advisory Board members will receive first access.
07 HOW MANY SASHETS™ ARE IN A BOX?
Each box contains 10 sachets. We recommend one per day. At this rate, your box will last 10 days.
08 IS THERE A SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. Subscribe and your formulation arrives automatically. Cancel anytime.
09 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, the SASHET™ Hydration Corporation distributes within Australia. International operations are being assessed by our logistics division.
If you are located outside Australia and wish to be notified when international shipping commences, join the advisory board.
10 WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The Corporation stands behind every sachet.
If you are not satisfied with your SASHET™ experience for any reason, contact us within 30 days.
11 WHO DO I CONTACT IF SOMETHING’S WRONG?
The Customer Service team is standing by.
The Corporation takes all enquiries seriously. We will respond within 24 hours. The Customer Service team has been briefed accordingly.
12 IS SASHET™ SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
SASHET™ has added vitamins and minerals, it aligns as a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food of the Foods Standard Code. Supplementary Sports Foods are not tested on children under the age of 15. The regulations do not recommend children under 15 years consume these products without medical advice.
13 CAN I DRINK SASHET™ WHILE PREGNANT?
SASHET™ has added vitamins and minerals, it aligns as a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food of the Foods Standard Code. Supplementary Sports Foods are not tested on pregnant women. The regulations do not recommend pregnant or breastfeeding women consume these products without medical advice.
14 IS SASHET™ GLUTEN-FREE AND VEGAN?
SASHET™ is gluten-free but not vegan.
Our formulation includes Australian Honey Powder, a deliberate decision by the R&D division. The Corporation made this trade in pursuit of the best possible formula.
15 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The SASHET™ distribution team dispatches all orders within 1-2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days Australia wide.
16 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, the Corporation’s logistics team will send you a tracking link via email.
