Shipping
All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia. We aim to get your electrolytes to you as quickly as possible so you can stay hydrated and ready to go.
Processing times
Orders placed before 12pm AWST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times within Australia
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times via Australia Post are:
- Perth metro: 1–2 business days
- WA regional: 2–5 business days
- Eastern states metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart): 3–6 business days
- Regional and remote areas (including NT and far north QLD): 5–10 business days
Express Post is available at checkout for faster delivery.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: Flat rate of $10.00 Australia-wide
- Express shipping: Flat rate of $15.00 Australia-wide
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $80.00
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of Australia Post. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please get in touch at info@drinksashet.com and we'll help track it down.
Returns
Because our electrolytes are a consumable product, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened, for health and hygiene reasons. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please reach out before ordering if you have questions about a flavour or formulation.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you believe the product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@drinksashet.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (including the packaging if it's damaged in transit)
- A brief description of the problem
We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Change of mind on unopened products
We can accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping costs) once we receive and inspect the item.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
